Authorising Legal Services to enter into a
wayleave agreement and execute all documentation required to
complete it, with Southern Electric Power Distribution PLC to
install power lines to connection.

Reasons for the decision

The works are install underground power lines
which goes under part of Crown Yard car park

To facilitate installation of electric vehicle charge points.

The Council will receive a sum of £0 for entering into this
agreement.

Alternative options considered

Refusal of the requested wayleave agreement.
This would not enable power supplies to be provided.
