To issue the planning permission in accordance
with the decision of Planning Committee.

Reasons for the decision

On 6 August 2025, Planning Committee delegated
authority to the Group Head of Planning, in consultation with the
Chairman or Vice Chairman, to grant permission subject to
conditions following the submission of amended surface water
drainage details, a further consultation with the drainage
engineers, and receipt of positive comments from the drainage
engineers.

Alternative options considered

None. Able to act in accordance with the
delegation granted so no alternatives necessary.
