To authorise Legal Services to grant a new
lease of 7 Years for Unit 1 The Arcade, Bognor Regis to
Burrito’s for the intended use of fast food take away
(Spanish) and execute all documentation required to complete
it.

The initial rent is to be £13,500 pax. The lease will be
excluded from the security of tenure provisions of SS24 to 28 of
the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Reasons for the decision

Revenue generation from the asset.
