Reasons for the decision

Waterloo Square is a vacant site opposite the
seafront in Bognor Regis. Negotiations have been ongoing with the
site and are reaching a conclusion. The site has 3x sides and 2x of
which (Esplanade and Norfolk Street) are now covered in Wayfinding
boards.

This project seeks to decorate the hoardings on Waterloo Square
with a Youth Art Project. This project has had funding
contributions from local partners.
