Surrender existing lease dated 3rd March 2025
and grant a new lease on the same terms with the exception of the
demise which has been changed slightly.

The lease is for a term of 2 Years with a mutual rolling break
subject to 3 months’ prior written notice, at a rent of One
Peppercorn per annum (if demanded).

Reasons for the decision

Previous location of the bike repair stand
(demise) was unsafe and impracticable. New location agreed with
Tenant as being more suitable.

Alternative options considered

To relocate the bike repair stand to somewhere
completely different within the park, rejected due to additional
time and cost required.
