To approve the acceptance of the tender
submitted by D Adams & Sons Roofing for Lot 8 (x Collyer
Avenue) as per the pricing schedule, with a total tender sum of
£19,384.00 for x Collyer Avenue and £23,930.00 for x
Collyer Avenue, excluding VAT.
Reasons for the decision
To enable essential roof replacement and
associated works including scaffolding, new roof coverings,
underlay and battens, fire stopping, fascia/soffit renewal,
rainwater goods, loft insulation, and other specified items. The
works are necessary to maintain property condition and ensure
