To authorise Steele Raymond LLP to act on
behalf of Arun District Council in relation to the purchase of Plot
x at Avisford Grange, including reviewing title, raising enquiries,
carrying out searches, agreeing and exchanging contracts,
completing the transfer, submitting the Stamp Duty Land Tax return,
and attending to post-completion registration.

part of the council’s housing programme under LAHF3 extra,
