To appoint and place an order with Sussex
Renovations Construction Ltd to carry out the works required to
repair and redecorate the promenades in Bognor Regis and
Littlehampton.

Reasons for the decision

These works were procured by direct tendering
on the basis of lowest cost and on receipt of the tenders this was
found to be most cost effective to appoint Sussex Renovations to
carry out the works.
