Services to undertake all necessary legal functions and actions
required to complete the Right to Buy sale of xx Griffin Crescent,
Littlehampton to Ms xx. The sale price is £262,000,
reflecting a 36% discount capped at £38,000, based on a full
property valuation of £300,000.

Reasons for the decision

The purchaser, Ms xx, has applied to buy the
property under the statutory Right to Buy Scheme. A formal
valuation has been completed in accordance with the regulations,
