Approval of planning applications F/14/24/RES,
F/15/24/RES and F/16/24/RES following resolution to grant delegated
authority to approve applications at Planning Committee on 17th
December 2025. The three resolutions were as follows:

F/14/24/RES

Resolved: That delegated approval of the reserved matters to the
Group Head of Planning, subject to conditions and minor changes in
consultation with the Chair or Vice-Chair.

F/15/24/RES

Resolved: That the committee delegate to the Group Head of Planning
to grant the reserved matters planning permission subject to the
updated conditions sheet, plus an additional condition which will
need to secure all of the proposed mitigation in accordance with
the Noise Assessments; and should any minor changes be required
that this is undertaken in consultation with the Chair or
vice-Chair of the Planning Committee.

F/16/24/RES

Resolved: That the committee delegate to the Group Head of Planning
to grant the reserved matters planning permission subject to the
updated conditions sheet, plus an additional condition which will
need to secure all of the proposed mitigation in accordance with
the Noise Assessments; and should any minor changes be required
that this is undertaken in consultation with the Chair or
vice-Chair of the Planning Committee.

Reasons for the decision

The applicant has addressed the requirements
of the resolution. Conditions have been imposed in accordance with
the recommendation and consultation with the Chair of Planning
Committee has been undertaken.
