To instruct legal to prepare a new lease to
xxx for Unit 4 Mountbatten Court, Place St. Maur, Bognor
Regis

The lease will be outside the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act. The
lease will be for a term of 5 years with a tenant only break option
at the 3rd anniversary, at a rent of £6,000 per annum.

Reasons for the decision

Of the 4 offers we have received, this was the
best in terms of lease terms, tenant covenant, and proposed use
which is not seasonal and will bring year-round footfall.

3 other offers received were considered but
were not as favourable due to tenant covenant and proposed
uses.
