To authorise Legal Services to award the
contract for Masterplanning for Bognor Regis & Littlehampton to
Stantec Ltd. Value £120,000

Reasons for the decision

To enable 20 sites across the two largest
towns to be considered for future use taking account of other
projects and ownerships. This will ensure a co-ordinated approach
rather than piecemeal development. The award is made following a
full framework procurement exercise.
