Reasons for the decision

The roofing replacement works form part of the approved capital programme agreed by Full Council on 26 February 2025 as part of the Arun District Council Budget, where the council resolved to approve the capital programme set out in Appendix 3. The sealing of the contract is required to enable delivery of the approved project.
