Community Land Trust (ACLT) from the Community Housing Fund
received from Central Government December 2016.

Reasons for the decision

To enable ACLT to pay proposed legal costs and
other administration costs as outlined in the attached funding
request, relating primarily to the Ford Road scheme. The request
for funds is to cover the outgoings of the CLT until the income
from the ground rents commences.
