To enter into a three year webcasting and
service contract with Auditel Rental and Service Limited for the
provision of webcasting in the Council Chamber using existing
hardware to include a 3 year warranty and software updates and
maintenance at a total cost of £48,240 from 18 July 2024 to
18 July 2027 presenting a saving of £9,450 per
annum.
