To confirm the TPO

Reasons for the decision

The tree officer considers that the making of
a Tree Preservation Order is defensible and expedient. Following
the consultation period, no objections were received.

Alternative options considered

The other option would be not to confirm the
TPO and allow the provisional order to lapse. This has been
rejected as the trees are worthy of protection and the creation of
an order is considered necessary.
