Purpose

The Ashford Urban PSPO had been reviewed and
due to amendments had to go to public consultation. The
consultation was positive and PSPO updated and implemented.

Decision

Agree revised PSPO
Delegation Delegated authority to authorise Public Spaces
Protection Orders has been passed to all Heads of Service and the
Community Safety and Wellbeing Manager within Ashford Borough
Council (minute number 94/07/16).
