It was
RESOLVED: -
 
1.1         
That Cabinet approved the use of the Strategic
Reserve to cover the HRA deficit of £1.2m.

 
1.2         
That Cabinet noted the separation of the
Leaseholder Reserve of £26k from Strategic
Reserves.

 
1.3         
That Cabinet approved the carry forwards of
£8.2m from 2024/25 Capital Programme into
2025/26
 
REASON FOR
DECISION
 
To ensure
that Councillors were kept informed of the financial position for
Housing Revenue Account.
