note HRA Financial Monitoring 2025/26 Budget forecast Q1

It was
RESOLVED: -
 

1.1         
That the HRA quarter one actuals of a surplus of
£374k was noted.

 

1.2         
That the 2025/26 forecast deficit position of
£1.7m against a deficit budget of £2.1m was
noted.

 

1.3         
That the capital programme and capital financing
spend to date (£1m) and forecast (£20.6m) was
noted.
 
 
REASON FOR
DECISION
 
To
ensure that Councillors were kept informed of the financial
position for Housing Revenue Account.
