In accordance with Minute 43 of Mid Suffolk Council 25th July 2024
and Minute 33 of Babergh Council held 23rd July 2024 I have sought
and obtained the respective authority of the Cabinet Member for
Babergh and the Cabinet Member for Mid Suffolk to proceed to make a
Local Listed Building Consent Order for each District. The relevant
delegation for each Council may be found here:

The Order for each Council is accompanied by a Statement of
Reasons. The draft Order has been the subject of appropriate
publicity and representations received have been taken account of.
A copy of the draft Order has been provided electronically to every
person who we reasonably consider to be an owner of a listed
building based on the information in our current planning
records.

The Order as proposed has been modified and amended as now
published on the Councils website.
