It was
RESOLVED: -
 

1.1         That Cabinet
noted the HRA quarter one actuals of a deficit of
£044k.

 

1.2         That Cabinet
noted the 2025/26 forecast deficit position of £1.6m against
a deficit budget of £2.1m.

 

1.3         That Cabinet
noted the capital programme and capital financing spend to date
(£4.5m) and forecast (£14.8m).
 
REASON FOR
DECISION
To
ensure that Councillors were kept informed of the financial
position for Housing Revenue Account.

Options Considered and Rejected:
The
recommended option is set out in the Recommendations. There were no
other available options.
