To award the Councils print and post contract
following a procurement exercise.

The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years, with a
further option to extend for 24 months.

Reasons for the decision

The previous contract was due to expire,
requiring us to explore the market and undertake a procurement
exercise to ensure compliance with procurement regulations and
deliver best value for the Council.
