RESOLVED: -
 

1.1         
To note the HRA quarter three actuals of a
deficit of £697k.

 

1.2         
To note the 2025/26 forecast deficit position of
£1.994m against a deficit budget of
£2.108m.

 

1.3         
To note the capital programme and capital
financing spend to date (£7.836m) and forecast
(£14.370m).
 
REASON FOR
DECISION
To
ensure that Councillors are kept informed of the financial position
for Housing Revenue Account.

The
recommended option is set out in the Recommendations. There are no
