Purpose

To note the First quarter performance and forecast for HRA in 2026/27

Decision

It was RESOLVED: -

1. 1.1           That Cabinet noted in Appendix A the HRA quarter one actuals of £1.926m deficit and forecast year end deficit position of £6.691m against a budget deficit of £8.855m.
2. 1.2           That Cabinet noted in Appendix B the capital programme and capital financing spend to date of £3.449m and forecast year end spend of £15.939m.
3. 1.3           That Cabinet noted in Appendix C the forecast reserves position of £6.702m.

REASON FOR DECISION

To ensure that Councillors were kept informed of the financial position for Housing Revenue Account.
