Decision

RESOLVED
that Cabinet:-
 

1.   
Approves acceptance of the likely School Condition
Allocation (SCA) capital grant; and
 

2.   
Approves the list of schemes detailed in Appendix B
and agrees they be financed from the 2025-26 Department for
Education (DfE) School Condition Allocation (likely to be
£0.610m); and
 

3.   
Agrees the Executive Director – Growth &
Sustainability, in consultation with the Cabinet Spokesperson
– Regeneration & Culture, be authorised to vary the
programme of works, and to approve additional schemes, to meet
emerging priorities; and
 

4.   
Agrees the financial implications arising from the
report be included in the capital programme and released in
accordance with the Financial Regulations Code of Practice
C5.2(a).
