Decision

RESOLVED
that Cabinet:-
 

1.   
Approve the continuation of the Town Centre PSPO
with a slightly extended boundary and additional restriction
prohibiting the carrying of open containers of alcohol;
and
 

2.   
Approve the renewal of the Dog Control PSPO with no
changes to the restrictions; and
 

3.   
Delegate authority to the Executive Director of
Public Health and Communities to implement the PSPOs. Progress
would be reviewed annually.
