that Cabinet:-
 
1. Note the results from the
TSM satisfaction survey for 2024 and draft
action plan;
 
2. Review and endorse the key
action and activity areas to support
continuous service improvement
and increase tenant satisfaction; and
 
3. Note the 2025/26 Performance
Targets as set by the Portfolio Holder for
Regeneration and Culture under
his delegations.
