Decision

RESOLVED
that Cabinet:-
 
(i)           
Accepts the Warm Homes Local Grant allocation for
private sector properties of £1.538M over the period of 2025-
2028;

 
(ii)         
Accepts the Warm Homes Social Housing Fund 3 Grant
allocation for council properties of £1.59M over the period
of 2025-2028;
 
(iii)        
Notes the funding conditions set by the Department
for Energy Security and Net Zero; and
 
(iv)        
Approves the delegated authority to Executive
Director of Growth and Sustainability for the award of any
contracts required to support delivery of the works.
