Decision

 RESOLVED that Cabinet:-
 
(i)           
Endorse the HOS Self-Assessment outcome, as agreed
with the Member Responsible for Complaints, which will be submitted
to the Housing Ombudsman and published on the Berneslai Homes
website; and

 
(ii)         
Note complaints performance for 2024/25 and be
assured of the continued positive progress in improving the
complaints handling service within Berneslai Homes, responding to
complaints within timescale and the strengthened governance
oversight of complaint handling and learning.
