RESOLVED
that Cabinet:-
 
(i)           
Agree to the one-off investment of £2.1
million through the project set out in this report; and

 
(ii)         
Delegate responsibility for expenditure to the
Executive Director Growth & Sustainability following discussion
with the dedicated Project Board.
