RESOLVED
that Cabinet:-
 

1.   
Note the changes recommended by the YPO Management
Committee; and
 

2.   
Delegate authority to the Executive Director (Core
Services) to sign an updated Management Agreement on behalf of the
Council noting that all Member Authorities must also agree before
the revisions take effect.
