RESOLVED
that Cabinet:-
 

1.   
Note the final financial position on the 2023/24
Capital Programme; and
 

2.   
Approve scheme slippage totalling £21.2M
(paragraph 2.6 and Appendix B refer); and
 

3.   
Approve scheme re-phasing totalling £2.3M
(paragraph 2.7 and Appendix B refer); and
 

4.   
Note the total net decrease in scheme costs in
2023/24 of £0.6M (paragraph 2.8 and Appendix B refer);
and
 

5.   
Receive an updated 2024/25 indicative Capital
Programme position (as part of the Quarterly Finance Monitoring
update).
