Decision

To provide the Head of Service
Property, Strategic Asset Manager, Estate Manager and Team Leader
Town Centre Property delegated powers to approve all relevant
documents on behalf of Property / Estates.
 
“As Executive Director of
Growth and Sustainability the functions of Property and Estates lie
within my Directorate.  The Group Leader Assets (now Estates)
has powers listed in Part 3 of the Constitution –
Responsibility for Executive Functions Officer Delegations, Updated
1 February 2024, Section C Paragraphs 11 and 17 .  The
existing post holder is currently absent.  I wish to ensure
those powers remain exercisable by officers for twelve months to
cover any period of ongoing absence or future vacancy.
 
Therefore in accordance with
section A, paragraphs 10 to 12 of Part 3 of the Constitution
– Responsibility for Executive Functions Officer Delegations,
Updated 1 February 2024, I delegate the powers of the Group Leader
Assets (now Estates) listed in Section C, Paragraphs 11 and 17 of
Part 3 of the Constitution – Responsibility for Executive
Functions Officer Delegations Updated 1 February 2024, for the 12
month period from the date of this ODR, to the Head of Service
Property, Strategic Asset Manager, Estate Manager and Team Leader
Town Centre Property in particular including authority to sign any
document to give effect to the exercise of those powers.
