To determine an application to make public path orders to extinguish part of Barnsley public footpath no. 260 off Keresforth Close and near Trinity St Edwards Academy.

Tomake andpublish publicpath ordersand toconfirm them in theevent noobjections are received. If objections arereceived the Head of Legal be authorised to submit the orders to the Secretary of State for Environment Food and Rural Affairs and take all necessary steps to secure the confirmation of the orders unless the grounds of objection are considered to be sufficient to not proceed to confirm the orders, in which case a further report will be taken to the Head of B.E.S.T. to record that decision.
