To allocate £80,000 budget to the appointment of an external consultant to progress a review of options to progress the implementation of SAP Success Factors.

Reasons for the decision

Support is needed to review and accelerate the contractual relationships and implementation plan to progress the implementation of this system which is not available from current resources internally.

Alternative options considered

To progress internally, however this option was discounted due to lack of capacity in the team to meet desired timelines.
