Decision

RESOLVED
that Cabinet:-
 

1.   
Approves the dedication by the Council of the routes
shown on the attached plans and more particularly described in the
accompanying schedules for use by the public as public rights of
way having the status of either public footpath or public
bridleway, as stated on each map and the accompanying schedules;
and
 

2.   
Authorises the Head of Legal Services to complete
the necessary Deeds of Dedication.
