Non-Domestic Rates Relief Discretionary
Guidance policy for 2025/26 agreed as per the appendix.

Reasons for the decision

Reliefs are to support businesses in certain
circumstances (see appendix for more detail) with their business
rates. The Government is funding the schemes.  The relief will be awarded in line with Government
guidelines and funding available so there will not be any costs to
the council of awarding these reliefs.
