Purpose

To approve the draft policy and proposals for
implementation

Decision

1.         
Approve and adopt the policy for the letting of Council investment
properties to voluntary and community organisations.

 
2.         
Delegate authority to the Director of Regeneration to agree the
detailed terms relating to the implementation of the policy.
 
3.         
Note the implementation timetable for the policy, which allows a
transition period for existing voluntary and community tenants of
investment properties to be policy compliant from April 2027.
