Purpose

The purpose of this report is to set out the
council’s response to the submission consultation on the
updated Overton Neighbourhood Plan (the Overton Neighbourhood
Development Plan 2025-2040, ONDP).

Decision

It is agreed that the comments on the draft Overton Neighbourhood
Development Plan (as set out in Appendix 1) should be submitted in
response to the submission (Regulation 16) consultation.
