Purpose

The purpose of this report is to set out the
council’s response to the pre-submission consultation
(Regulation 14) on the Old Basing and Lychpit Neighbourhood Plan
Review (OB&L NPR).

The decision is that:

The comments on the draft Old Basing and Lychpit Neighbourhood Plan
Review (as set out in Appendix 1) to the Parish Council in response
to its pre-submission (Regulation 14) consultation are agreed.
 
The options considered and
rejected:

The LPA could decide not to respond to the consultation. However,
this would result in a missed opportunity to assist the
neighbourhood planning group in producing a plan which meets the
basic conditions.
