Purpose

To approve a proposal to enter into a lease
with Gridserve for a term of 30 years,
to install an EV charging hub at Basingstoke Leisure Park.

Decision

1.   
Agree the Heads of Terms in appendix 1 of the report between the
council and Gridserve Electric Hubs
Ltd
 

2.   
Delegate authority to the Head of Property to:

Enter into a lease on the basis of the Heads of Terms.
·      
Enter into a lease with SSEN for a new substation adjacent to the
EV hub
