Purpose

The purpose of this report is to set
out the council’s response to the submission version of the
Sherborne St John Neighbourhood Plan (SSJ NP) (as
modified).  Once adopted, the updated
Plan will become part of the statutory development plan for that
area and will be used, alongside local and national planning policy
and guidance, to determine planning applications.
 

Decision

The comments on the Submission Sherborne St
John Neighbourhood Plan (Appendix 1 of the report), and the
council’s Modification Statement (Appendix 4 of the report)
be submitted in response to the submission (Regulation 16)
consultation.
