Purpose

To approve the
updates to the two strategies following a Leisure Recreation Needs
Assessment carried out in 2022
 

Decision

1)     
Approve the updates to the Built Sports Facility
Strategy and the Playing Pitch Strategy;

2)     
Approve the extended timeline of the strategies from
2025 to 2027; and

3)     
Delegate to the Director of Resident Services, in
consultation with Cabinet member for Sports Leisure and Culture,
authority to make subsequent updates to these strategies
