Purpose

The purpose of this report is
to set out the council’s response to the pre-submission
consultation on the Sherborne St John Neighbourhood Plan (SSJ NP)
(as modified).

Decision

The decision is that:
 
The Cabinet Member agrees that the comments on
the draft Sherborne St John Neighbourhood Plan as modified
September 2023 (as set out in Appendix 1), should be submitted to
the Parish Council in response to their pre-submission (Regulation
14) consultation.
