Purpose

To consider a proposal to renew the existing
alcohol related Public Spaces Protection Order arrangement for a
further three years.

Decision

Agree that the Head of Law and Governance and
Monitoring Officer in consultation with the Head of Environment and
Community Services renew the existing Public Space Protection Order
(PSPO) for the maximum term of 3 years.
