Purpose
Refresh Memorandum of Understanding between B&NES Council and University of Bath
Bath & North East Somerset Council and UoB have been developing the rationale and business plan for the University occupation of Bath Quays. To progress a joint business case, investment plan and occupational requirement the parties have re-defined a new MoU to progress the business case, pooling resource and implementing joint governance arrangements to reach a new Outline Business Case in 12 months.
