Cabinet Member for Place Shaping resolves:
(1)
To approve the Bexley Local Development Scheme 2025
(attached as Appendix A) to be put into effect from 22 March 2025
pursuant to the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as
amended) and the request made by the Secretary of State.
(2)
To authorise the Deputy Director for Housing and
Strategic Planning to make any necessary editorial changes prior to
the Bexley Local Development Scheme 2025 being brought into
effect.
