Decision

(1)           
To grant leases and service level
agreements of up to seven years to Inspire Community
Trust.

 

(2)           
To authorise the Deputy Director
Neighbourhoods to negotiate and finalise the terms of the Service
Level Agreements arising from the above decision and take any other
steps necessary to implement decision (1).

 

(3)           
To authorise the Head of Property and
Facilities Management to finalise Heads of Terms for the lease
arrangements arising from decision (1).

 

(4)           
To authorise the Deputy Director Legal
and Democratic Services to complete the necessary legal
documentation arising from the above decisions.
