Decision

(1) 
The sale of the flats that form Sidcup Storyteller
Court on long leases on standard industry terms for residential
use;
(2) 
The Head of Property and Facilities Management in
consultation with the Director Finance and Corporate Services to
finalise all necessary terms and agreements for the sales to
proceed in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Growth;
and
(3) 
The Deputy Director of Legal and Democratic Services
to undertake all necessary actions and complete any necessary
agreements required to complete the sales.
