Decision

(1)      To agree the current
planning assumptions used in the Medium Term Financial Strategy for
2024/25 to 2027/28 as set out in Appendix A and B;
(2)      To agree the mitigations
to be taken to reduce the growth pressures arising from the Deep
Dive reviews as set out in Appendix E;
(3)      To agree the Strategy for
the Flexible use of Capital Receipts as set out in Appendix H;
(4)      To agree the new capital
bids and allow them to be added to the Capital Programme, as set
out in Appendix G
